About The Company

I was fortunate to learn this business from childhood by working for my father, Frank Hamilton, a highly respected homebuilder of Longview. Since forming my own company in 1990, I have been further blessed by success in work that I love and that enhances my home town. I hold the Graduate Master Builder designation from the National Association of Homebuilders, and my employees and associates are similarly qualified in their respective fields. To stay abreast of current methods, materials, and styles, we regularly attend professional seminars and trade shows. Our headquarters consists of offices, shops, and warehouses on the same tract as my own home at 1625 East Loop 281. We have built hundreds of dwellings in and near Longview, many of them in subdivisions that we developed ourselves—most recently Castle Ridge Estates, which is entered from Heritage Boulevard in the northwestern part of the city.

Though we accept projects of any scope within a full spectrum of services, our primary focus is on turnkey custom design and construction of unique homes for clients who appreciate high standards of taste and quality. That emphasis earned us a place among 100 similar firms in the Custom Builder Program of Southern Living Magazine. We like to think that the enviable longevity and growth of the company have been due not only to the satisfaction of our clients, but also to careful and conservative management of our human and financial resources.
